What is Kisspeptin-10?
Kisspeptin-10 is a synthetic, active fragment of natural kisspeptin — a peptide with a key role as the “trigger” of the reproductive axis. It acts “at the top” of the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal (HPG) axis: it stimulates the hypothalamus to secrete GnRH, which in turn triggers the release of LH and FSH and, further down, the production of testosterone/oestrogens.
Kisspeptin-10 belongs to the category peptides for immunity & hormonal balance. On the HPG axis it acts “one level higher” than Gonadorelin (which is GnRH itself and acts on the pituitary) and much higher than HCG (which mimics LH itself).

How Kisspeptin-10 works — the top of the HPG axis
GnRH STIMULATION
It activates the GnRH neurons of the hypothalamus → GnRH secretion → LH/FSH cascade.
LH / FSH → GONADS
LH and FSH stimulate the gonads → endogenous testosterone/oestrogens, ovulation, spermatogenesis.
LIBIDO / MOOD
